Travel schedule

Days 1–2 – Victoria Falls

Arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport, welcome and transfer by land to the Ilala Lodge. Accommodation 2 nights at Ilala Lodge, with breakfast included. Located just minutes from the Falls, the lodge offers an excellent base for exploring the area. Included during your stay are:

• guided tour of the Victory Falls

• sunset cruise on the Zambezi River

Free time to explore the town of Victoria Falls or participate in optional activities.

Days 3–5 – Hwange National Park – Nantwich Lodge

After breakfast, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport and flight to Robins Airstrip.
. Meet with the guide and short safari game drive inside Hwange National Park to the lodge. Settlement of
3 nights at Nantwich Lodge with treatmentfull inclusive.

Located in the north-west of Hwange, the lodge overlooks a dam frequented by elephants, hippos and crocodiles. The area is known for its high concentration of lions.

Days 6–8 – Hwange National Park – Bumbusi Wilderness Camp

After a light breakfast, safari game drive through the’Hwange to the Bumbusi Wilderness Camp. 3 nights accommodation at Bumbusi Wilderness Camp with treatmentfull inclusive.

Situated in a remote area of northern Hwange, close to a perennial spring, the camp is surrounded by rocky hills and sandstone outcrops.

Days 9–12 – Mana Pools – Mhara River Camp

After breakfast, transfer to Robins Airstrip and flight over Lake Kariba to Ruckomechi Airstrip.Transfer by land to camp. Four nights' accommodation at Mhara River Camp with treatmentfull inclusive.

Situated on a private concession along the Chitake River, the camp is small, unfenced and completely surrounded by nature.

Activities included:

• safari game drives along dry river beds and forested areas

• safari game drives with specialised guides

• night drive, a rare experience in the Mana Pools

The days often end with bush dinners under the stars and times around the campfire.

Day 13 – Departure

After breakfast, transfer by land to Ruckomechi Airstrip and flight to Robert Mugabe International Airport in Harare, in time for your international return flight. End of services.
