Short Safari Tour to Kruger National Park – 4 Days / 3 Nights

This programme combines private conservancies in the Greater Kruger, safaris in open 4x4 vehicles, walking safaris with armed rangers and a scenic stop along the Panorama Route.

Detailed Programme

Day 1 – Johannesburg → Balule Private Game Reserve

Departure in the morning from Johannesburg with road transfer (approximately 5 hours) to Balule Private Game Reserve, in Greater Kruger.

At arrival accommodation at the Tremisana Lodge.
. In the afternoon, the first Safari Sunset Drive in an open 4x4 vehicle, with nighttime continuation by reflector for nocturnal animal spotting.

The day ends with an atmospheric bush-braai dinner under the stars at the Marula Tree Boma.

Day 2 – Walking Safari & Night Safari

Morning wake-up call and departure for an exciting walking safari along the Olifants River, accompanied by armed rangers, to discover nature from a completely different perspective.

Return to the lodge and free time to relax.
Late afternoon departure for a night 4x4 safari, ideal for spotting active species after sunset.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3 – Full Day Safari in Kruger National Park

Full Day in the Kruger National Park, with a safari of approximately 9 hours in open 4x4 vehicles and accompanied by expert guides.

The safari takes in the park's most renowned areas, with excellent opportunities for spotting the Big Five.

Free lunch in the park's rest camps.
Return to the lodge in the afternoon, dinner and relaxation.

Day 4 – Panorama Route & Back to Johannesburg

After breakfast, depart for the return journey to Johannesburg with a scenic stop along the famous Panorama Route.

Two scheduled scenic stops with views of the Blyde River Canyon, one of the most spectacular green canyons in the world.
. Late afternoon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport OR Tambo.
