OKAUKUEJO CAMP - Etosha

Where is it located: Okaukuejo Camp è situated at the southern end of the Etosha National Park, only 15 minutes from the Andersson entrance gate. You get here from Windhoek in about 400 km by road, almost all of it paved.

DESCRIPTION: This camp is situated in a scenic location and offers a buffet restaurant, two swimming pools and various types of accommodation. The nearby waterhole is famous for being popular with animals, allowing guests to observe African wildlife without even going on safari. A tower built by the Germans in the late 19th century offers splendid panoramic views.

Rooms:

• Standard:Medium-sized rooms with air conditioning, bed with mosquito net, sitting area and en-suite bathroom.
• Bush Chalets: Larger than standard, with more privacy and some with refrigerator.
• Waterhole Chalets: Waterhole view, similar to Bush Chalets.
• Premier Waterhole Chalets and Family Chalets:Very spacious, with two separate rooms, large bathroom and view of the waterhole, also suitable for families of 4.

HIGHLIGHTS: Okaukuejo Camp è perfect for those entering the park from Windhoek or arriving from the northern part of Etosha. The waterhole offers spectacular sunsets and continuous animal watching. We recommend the "waterfront" bungalows for a unique experience.
