Before we give you a little more information, we would like to point out a very positive factor: in South Africa there is little traffic and a lot of respect for motorcyclists, and most of the country's suburban roads have speed limits that are a dream here! 120 km/h on main roads and 100 km/h on almost all other roads…

We are not here to invite you to go to Africa to race, but, “between us”, travelling without the anguish of certain absurd limits that exist in Italy è certainly a pleasure.
The areas of South Africa that are of great interest to motorcyclists are many, and although it is not possible to ride independently through most of the natural parks (objectively speaking, this would be a little too dangerous), there are many interesting possibilities.
The area we recommend most for road bikers is ideally centred around the town of Cape Town and stretches over a wide area, both along the coastal strip as far as the Garden Route and inland, where the Wine Route and all the surrounding areas offer beautiful scenery and guided tours where you can have some fun in the mix, always on good roads.
We can also offer excellent trips from Johannesburg (but bear in mind that the roads are very straight and a bit less fun) and Durban (with excellent possibilities for trips to the east coast).
It's a different story for maxienduro enthusiasts: while some parts of South Africa present some limitations for road bikes due to the presence of unpaved internal roads, this can be a great attraction for off-road riders.

In addition to being able to move around in the areas we have already written about, there are countless other possibilities, from the vast semi-desert areas of the interior to the vast mountainous areas in the Drakenseberg, Lesotho, Swaziland, and the Swaziland; fun routes where paved roads alternate between asphalt and narrow mixed roads and easy dirt tracks; wonderful landscapes, always..
For those who have good off-road experience and are looking for something more challenging, we also offer genuine all-desert raids, with a local guide and technical organisation in tow.
